Republican Center for Space Communications
Kazakhstan’s national satellite-communications operator and technical operator of the KazSat system. The public layer connects KazSat-1, KazSat-2 and KazSat-3 with the Akkol and Kokterek centers, transponder services, teleport and monitoring, without exposing telemetry, customer networks or SLA details. A June 2026 RCSC report also records a planned fire-safety drill at Akkol; this is an operational-procedure signal, not uptime or continuity evidence. A November 2025 RCSC report records discussions with SpaceSail and a plan for a gateway station at Akkol in the second half of 2026; this is a planning signal, not proof of construction, commissioning or coverage.

The joint satellite project of the Organization of Turkic States. Kazakhstan’s digital-development ministry reports that Kazakh engineers are developing OTS-SAT at the Spacecraft Assembly and Test Complex in Astana, that the engineering model is fully assembled, and that launch is planned for 2027. A framework agreement, funding and launch organization remain under preparation; this is not proof of a signed agreement, selected launcher, launch or operations.
